Recipe: Dijon Sauce for Meats

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
3/4 cup of cream
salt, pepper and thyme to taste.
Preparation:
In a pot, mix the mustard and the cream on medium heat. Stir until the mix is completely smooth. Add thyme, salt and pepper, and reduce heat for 3-4 minutes. Rectify the seasoning to your taste. Pour the sauce on the meat before serving.
Yummy - serve and enjoy!
