Doesn't it happen to you that when you go to the lingerie section of a store or Victoria's Secret, you are overwhelmed by the variety and selection of bras? You will be happy to know that all that variety and selection fall under only 8 categories of bras. This little cheat sheet created by Neiman Marcus will guide you when you need/want to shop for a new bra:
Guide to Bras
Built-In: A camisole with a built-in shelf bra; wear with jeans or under a jacket.
Everyday: Day-to-day activities call for styles willing to work overtime.
Minimizer: Helps comfortably decrease your bust.
Push-Up: Need a little pick-me-up? Employ these natural-looking lifts.
Sexy: Lacy and racy. And no special occasion necessary!
Specialty: Solutions to all of your what-do-I-wear-under-this-top problems.
Backless/Strapless: Allow you to wear bare dresses with confidence and comfort.
T-Shirt: Seamless and structured, it's the MVP of your lingerie lineup
Below are some tips of Do's and Don't's when wearing and caring for your bras so that they will last longer.
A list of do's
- Use a lingerie bag
- Fold straps and cups on top of each other

Thank you for this infomation. I was not aware that bras should not be placed in a dryer or even using a fabric softener on them. I will definitely stop this and pass this information along to my colleagues.
Thanks again for this enlightening information.

I'm a cancer patient and I have looking to no avail for a prosthesis bra. It seems the only thing available is the ones you get at the medical supply stores. It there's anything besides, more sexy, you can help me with? Perhaps you can refer me to someone who specialize on women who no longer have the 2nd breast and want something more appealing!!
Thank You,
awaiting your response
