We wanted to take the time to share with you some holiday tips from Bette Holtzman, Vice President of Consumer and Family Advocacy at The Goldberger Company.
As the holidays approach, families everywhere are scrambling to finish their shopping, decorate their homes and prepare their holiday meals. While every family wants to make the holidays an enjoyable time for their children, it’s almost a given that there will be some minor speed bumps along the way. It can be especially tricky for families with younger children. Bette suggests that the holidays will be more enjoyable for everyone if the grownups try to view things from their children’s perspectives. She offers some important tips for parents to keep in mind to make the holiday season as stress-free as possible for Mom, Dad and the kids.

Thanks for the tips! I know the rush of the holidays can be stressful, but I still feel nostalgic about family Christmases when I was younger. My family used to sit around and watch all those great holiday movies! I'm so glad they have a DVD set of the Original Christmas Classics (Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Santa Claus is Coming to Town and Frosty the Snowman, just to name a few)! You can get this limited keepsake edition set at any place that sells DVDs, and it even comes with a bonus music CD! You can also get it at http://www.christmasclassics.tv. I can't wait to start enjoying this with my children! I work with Classic Media, so I’ve got the inside scoop ;)
