2. Leave a VALID email so that we can contact you should you be the winner.
3. The winner is completely randomly chosen. Must be reside in the US or in Canada.
4. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify as a winner. If you are selected as a winner, we will require you to fax us your a form of identification or driver's license. You may provide a scanned version of it. You may cover your driver's license number if you wish.
5. If you are the winner, we will ask you to provide us with VALID contact information such as your complete home address and telephone numbers so that we can contact you and ship your prize.
6. The prize will be mailed to you by Moms Buzz using US Priority Mail. Because the giveaway is so close to Father's Day, we do not guarantee, the prize will arrive on time for Father's Day.
