As a frequent traveler with a family, including a 21 month-old, I can't believe Philadelphia is on this list. I've never had a problem there and find it very accessible. They even have a play area for kids.
The worst airport I've been to is not on the list, which is San Fransisco. Yes, I know it's hard to believe but it's just terrible. Hard to navigate, one security line was built on a downward ramp (impossible to keep your stroller, baby, and stuff together without some calamity), and getting to the shuttle is ridiculous with a baby!
You can check out my review of it (and trip to SFO) at http://happyfamilytravels.wordpress.com/2010/03/08/san-francisco-visting-the-locals/.
