The giveaway runs from today, Wednesday, October 22 until Monday, November 24, 2008. Don't keep the Take Me Back Book Giveaway to yourself, tell your girlfriends, family and everyone else - the more the merrier!
Here is how it works:
1. Please leave a 2-part comment at the end of this page. We want to know (1) If you had to buy this book on your own, which bookstore would you most likely buy it from - choose from this list; (2) How did you hear about Take Me Back Book Giveaway? You must provide the 2 answers in your comments. If you don't, you will not qualify!
2. Leave a VALID email so that we can contact you should you be the winner.
3. The winner is completely randomly chosen. Must be reside in the US or in Canada.
4. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify as a winner. If you are selected as a winner, we will require you to fax us your a form of identification or driver's license. You may provide a scanned version of it. You may cover your driver's license number if you wish.
5. If you are the winner, we will ask you to provide us with VALID contact information such as your complete home address and telephone numbers so that we can contact you and ship your prize.
